Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

Standard Delivery Time: Usually 3–5 business days.

Shipping Area: We deliver to all addresses in the United States. Delivery may take slightly longer for remote areas (such as Alaska, Hawaii) or during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas).

International Shipping (Outside the U.S.)

Customs & Import Tax Policy

To simplify your shopping process, we provide a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service

Prepaid Taxes & Duties: The total amount paid at checkout includes all import duties and VAT for the destination country.

No Extra Fees: You will not be charged additional fees by customs or the courier upon delivery. If you are incorrectly charged, please contact our support team immediately.

Order Tracking

We ensure full transparency for every order, so you can always check the latest status of your package.

Automatic Email Notification: Once shipped, our system will send a confirmation email with a tracking number to your registered email address.

Multi-Channel Tracking: You may click the tracking link in the email or enter the number on the carrier’s official website.

Tracking Update Note: Please note that carriers usually take 24–48 hours to scan and update tracking information. If no status is shown immediately, please check again later.

Account Tracking: You may also log in to our website and view real-time shipping progress in “Order History”.

Important Notes

Address Accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. Redelivery due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or failed delivery may result in extra fees.

Damage or Loss: If your package is damaged during transit or has no updates for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us immediately.
