We offer a 30-day return period starting from the delivery date (the date the package is signed for).

Return Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if:

The item was damaged during shipping.

The item you received does not match your order (wrong item sent).

The item has manufacturing defects.

Solution: Return shipping costs for these cases will be fully covered by us. We will arrange a fast replacement or full refund.

To ensure quick processing, do not return items without prior confirmation:

Contact Support: Send an email to our official support email with your order number and reason for return (please include clear photos if the item has quality issues).

Get Authorization: Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions.

Arrange Return: For eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a courier pickup — you will not pay for return shipping.

Send the Package: Pack the item securely and give it to the courier

Inspection Time: We will complete quality inspection within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item.

Refund Method: Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Refunds usually take 10 business days to reflect in your account. If you still haven’t received it after 15 business days, please contact your bank or us for a transaction reference number.
